Out came an armadillo! I am still amazed myself when I see how just a bunch of shapes or scribble can yield something so distinctive and colorful. Below is the doodle that hatched the armadillo. The first thing I did was attach the ears and then I began refining what I saw in the shapes. Then I ran it through a couple of apps, iColorama being the main one. iColorama has algorithms as its operating mechanism and you can dial up or down the intensity of a given affect. I draw with an Apple Pencil on an iPad. I normally start with WePaper and Procreate and then move to iColorama and eventually Photoshop to clean it up.
